Harmonie Signature Massage Therapy

Harmonie’s Certified Massage Therapists achieve maximum therapeutic benefit, comfort and relaxation by integrating a rich array of massage techniques with our unique gentle heat therapies. You may further increase your massage’s effectiveness by taking advantage of Harmonie’s Private Eucalyptus Steam Bath in our Balneotherapy facilities. Steam water and heat therapy relax the superficial layers of muscle to increase circulation. This maximizes the detoxifying benefits of the massage resulting in a greater relief of body tension. Add A Private Eucalyptus Steam Bath $10

A wonderful way to start or end your relaxing stay at Harmonie. Essential oil of Eucalyptus clears the mind and respiratory system while steam hydrates, detoxifies and increases circulation. Session up to 30 minutes.

Add a Hand and Wrist Tension Relief $60

Our hands are probably the most used and neglected parts of our bodies. This remedy includes massage and acupressure treatments combined with a cooling natural poultice to help reduce pain in inflamed tissue in the wrist and hands associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Add A Tension Relief Foot Remedy $60

This warming treatment pampers your feet and relaxes your entire body. Our tension relief foot remedy combines an exfoliating and stimulating peppermint foot mask, foot acupressure and aromatherapy massage of the feet and legs. Also a great addition to your facial, massage, envelopment or pedicure.

We serve our English Tea Tray in our quiet dining alcove or in our cozy spa lounge. Enjoy a fine selection of teas imported from "Le Palais des Thés", Paris and a delicious assortment of "petits fours", lemon bars and shortbreads especially created for Harmonie by Pat Smith's Extravaganza of Saratoga. Advanced Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Add $20

Recommended for extreme muscle tension due to muscle overwork or stress. A deep tissue massage, concentrating on the body’s pressure points, helps to increase blood flow to tired, oxygen-starved muscles, resulting in increased tissue nourishment and relaxation.

Tranquility Massage Add $20

The right combination of aroma-therapeutic oils can alleviate stress, fatigue, jet lag, pre-menstrual syndrome and a variety of physical ailments. We will help you select a blend of pure essential oils to help restore balance and harmony to your life.

Pregnancy Massage

Our specially designed massage tables can accommodate expectant mothers up to the ninth month of pregnancy, with your physician’s approval. Please specify when reserving your massage. We recommend a 45 or 60 minute session without steam bath.

Cellulite Massage $85

Cellulite is created by pockets of water and fat cells trapped under the skin, causing it to pucker and develop an “orange peel” appearance. A vigorous massage is done with essential oils known for their ability to increase skin surface circulation and eliminate excess water. A refreshing exfoliation for the entire body! Stimulating ivy, peppermint and seaweed, purifying eucalyptus, tea tree, thyme and sage are combined with exfoliating micro-beads to gently buff away dead surface cells, giving your skin a silky texture.

Hot Salt Lavender Body Scrub $110

This exclusive Harmonie formula of mineral rich sea salts, imported from the famous spa resort coast of Brittany —France, rich moisturizers, French Lavender and other essential oils, is vigorously applied to your skin and followed by a gentle effleurage with Harmonie’s Shea Body Butter. This moisturizing treatment results in a very smooth skin and uplifted spirit.

Hot Sea Salt Hydratangere Scrub $110

This exclusive Harmonie formula of mineral-rich sea salts, imported from the coast of the Dead Sea, is laced with rich moisturizers, Jojoba and Almond Oil and essential oils of Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, Lavender and Sweet Orange.
