Loose Powders: Warm Undertones
To release the minerals, remove the seal from the sifter (do not remove the sifter), replace the lid and turn the compact upside down and tap the bottom. A small amount of minerals will be left in the sifter and are ready to use. To choose the correct color, apply a small amount of powder to your jaw line and check the color in natural light. Before applying, cleanse your face and let the moisture absorb. Next, lightly dip a chisel powder brush into the powder and use the lid or disk to evenly distribute the powder into the brush. Apply the minerals in a thin layer using downward strokes. If you put on too much powder, use a flocked sponge to remove any excess. These powders can be used wet or dry. If the minerals look to powdery after application, wait a few minutes for the skin’s natural oils to emerge or spritz with D20. For a creamy finish, mix a small amount of powder into your favorite moisturizer, then apply as you would a cream foundation.
